Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has achieved remarkable development and progress, while the imbalance of economic development become increasingly prominent. Caused by the imbalance of economic development,the gap between urban and rural,rich and poor has become the major hidden danger of constraining economic development. Therefore, conduct in-depth study of financing of rural road construction in Chongqing , to effectively solve the problem of inadequate rural road construction funds , to accelerate rural highway construction , enhance capacity and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and other strategic objectives has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper,start from define attribute of rural road and deeply analysis the meaning of financing channels, according to investor the financing channels are divided into : Government financing channels, financial business organizations financing channel, financing channels for non-financial business organizations, community voluntary financing channels; sum up the experience of expand the financing on different countries and regions; in accordance with domestic and outside statistical data and research data, analysis of the financing channels for rural highway construction circs and characteristic in Chongqing; adopt fuzzy evaluation method to appraise the efficiency of financing channels for rural highway construction in Chongqing and achievable and over-all of Chongqing rural road network ; reckon the fund supply and demand of rural highway construction in Chongqing;proposed the ideas and policy recommendations to expand the financing channels for rural highway construction in Chongqing.
