Evaluates And Analyses Of Update Of Cultivated Quality Gradation Of Nanxiong City In 2014

Cultivated land is the material basis and foundation of human existence,which is also the most basic living material for agricultural production.In recent years,it is still quite common that thinking highly of quantity but lightly of quality in the process of farmland protection.So evaluating the yearly quality level of farmland update has considerable realistic significance and positive impact to farmland protection,food security,social stability and sustainable economic development,which based of the results of the grading of cultivated land and combined with the existing land resource investigation.By consulting relevant literatures,collecting relevant materials,conducting field investigation and measurement,the study analyzed the quality and quantity changes of cultivated land as well as the quality and utilization of farmland in Nanxiong city within 2014.According to the Agricultural Land Quality Grading Regulations requirements and the relevant parameters,coefficients and factors in the system issued by Guangdong Province,the level of the changed cultivated land was evaluated and the level evaluation of farmland quality in2014 was updated.The main results are as following:1.82.49 hectares of cultivated land were increased within 2014 in Nanxiong city,all of them were dry land,mainly coming from the supplement based on the changes during arable land remediation and development,most increased farmlands got medium-high level in nature quality,but medium level in utilization and economy way.Indicating that the nature quality of increased farmlands were good,while the utilization and production levels were general.2.In 2014,there were 32.63 hectares of cultivated land decreased in Nanxiong city due to the occupation of constructions.Most of them were paddy field and dry land with relatively high nature quality and economy level as well as moderate utilization level.3.According to the updated evaluation results of farmland quality of Nanxiong city in2014,there was a high proportion of mid-high nature quality level.It indicated that the overall nature quality was in good condition.The utilization level was unevenly distributed and had some differences among places,while the overall nature quality was relatively high,and the economy level was distributed intensively with little difference in input-output level.4.The nature quality level and utilization level as well as economy level of cultivated land distributed in the central basin was higher than the hilly area.5.Problems also existed in cultivated land utilization of Nanxiong city in 2014,such as the total amount of cultivated land reduced,cultivated land resource drained invisibly,the use and improvement of farmland imbalance,suggesting that improving the cost of land appropriation,increasing the awareness of cultivated land protection,and formulating more favorable policies to farmers be adopted.
