In the recent years,the study about Workplace ostracism for employees in the workplace behavior research mainly concentrated in the prosocial behaviors of employees and the influence on antisocial behavior,in fact,there are avoidance behavior.This research adopts the methods of interview,questionnaire investigation,compiled the new employees Workplace Ostracism questionnaire of the Internet industry,Workplace Ostracism questionnaire was analyzed to result in the differences of demographic variables and the variables(employee silence).main conclusions are as follows:(1)Workplace ostracism to the new employee is composed of the following three factors:workplace atmosphere?workplace ostracism and general behavior ostracism.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire to workplace ostracism presented good,which could be used as an effective tool for the further study.(2)There are no marked differences in demographic variables such as gender,experience of the working years and level of education,but significant difference was existed in age,different jobs.(3)workplace ostracism has a positive effect on employee silence,The relationship between psychological sense of security in the above exist in the partial intermediary role.workplace ostracism behavior influence on employees' psychological security,the more likely it is to inspire employees to remain silent...
