With the development of the Internet, government agencies for tourism regulation is also facing a change. Through the word segmentation technique, the commentary text is processed, and the emotional tendencies of the text are scored by the naive Bayesian emotional analysis method. Combined with crawling the scoring information, build a tourism evaluation system. To extract the keywords as a point, multi-dimensional display of scenic spots in the performance of various tourism elements for the government evaluation,monitoring work to provide the basis.Through the different types of scenic spots to quantify the treatment, refine the different types of scenic spots exist, the evaluation of the scenic area, and targeted to put forward rationalization proposals.In this paper,the Beijing Municipal Tourism Commission as a perspective,standing from the perspective of government managers, organic combination of the emerging reptile technology and traditional text analysis technology for government agencies to innovate the management of Beijing tourism scenic resources for a meaningful exploratory study.
