This paper explores the problems in the process of work and family management of the new generation employee groups.And explores the influencing factors of the work-family conflict of the new employees by reading literature,the questionnaire survey and interviewing the new generations.Try to find the problems during the process of human resource management.At last put forward the relevant balance strategy to help new generation of staff to achieve family harmony and career success.Ultimately achieve the improvement of organizational performance,and achieve individual and organizational win-win situation.This study draws the following conclusions :1,New generation employees generally feel work-to-family conflict is higher than familyto-work conflict.2,WFC: age,unit nature and whether there is a need to take care of the elderly have a significant impact on the WFC.Family support,organizational support,government support and career planning for the new generation employees have significant negative effects on WFC.Career planning plays a regulatory role only between family support and WFC.3,FWC: age and number of children have a significant impact on FWC.Family support/ government support and career planning for the new generation of employees have a significant negative impact on FWC.Career planning plays a regulatory role only in between family support and FWC.4,There are some issues in social human resources system,like public policy is imperfect.The organization of human resources management practice is absent.And the new generation of employees are not aware of the importance of self-management.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to balance the new generation employees' relationship between the work and family from the government level/the social level/the family level and the organizational level.
