During the period of rapid economic development and complex market environment,the rise and fall of companies,its production scale and product innovation,which are associated with company strategy.The product pricing is a very important factor for companies to achieve their business target and improve their competitive power.The level of products pricing,is not only affect the product competition and profit,but also related to the continuation of production and business activities.Therefore,it is an important part of business decision and a difficult problem.Firstly,the article is based on theory to analysis pricing strategy,influence,process and methods etc.And it's also on basis of case study,which take a top 500 electrical enterprise as an example to study the pricing strategy and how to fix the existing problems of price management.In the second part,introduce the company history and its influence first,then,tell their target market and competitors,and list the pricing strategy and method.According to the above analysis,it point out the pricing issues and suggestions at the end of the article.Low-voltage product is a very competitive industry in the market.The enterprises,who produce and sell such products,have intense pressure of competition.The purpose of this paper is to find a suitable pricing strategy for low voltage products on the basis of theoretical research and case analysis.
