Research On The Upgrading Of Beijing's Service Trade

Along with the rapid development of service trade in the global economy,trade in services and service industry developed degree are becoming an important symbol of a country's economic development level.Development of service trade has become one of the main tasks of economic work in our country in order to change the way of growth.Since 1995,Beijing has showed rapidly rising trend in service industry,Service industry and service trade gradually enhanced in the Beijing economic status and roles,service economy is the most important in Beijing.With developing of service industry,service trade has also increased year by year,and promoting an important role in the economic development of Beijing.But in recent years,the growth of service trade in Beijing is declining,the structure is not reasonable,especially in the case of economic structure transformation in Beijing,it is important to upgrade and seek better development ways of service trade.Under the background of the new situation,this paper summarizes the development status of Beijing's trade in services,combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,studying the causes of Beijing's trade in services to upgrade,the impact,and corresponding suggestions according to the results of the analysis and adjustment measures.This paper includes six chapters,In the first chapter,mainly introduces the background of the research,literature review articles,research methods,etc.;The second chapter is to explain the related concepts of service trade,as well as the index of trade in services to upgrade,the introduction of service trade exports technical complexity;The third chapter introduces the situation of Beijing's trade in services,and the compares of service trade with the developed countries;The fourth chapter is the impact with service trade export technical complexity and Beijing's service export;The fifth chapter is the empirical analysis of the influence factors for the service export technical complexity;The sixth chapter is the summary of the research and suggestions on Beijing's trade in services to upgrade.By study on all chapters,this paper concludes as follows: recent years,the pressure is so big for the global and domestic economic,but Beijing's trade in services is still maintained a good momentum of development;Beijing's service trade development degree is less than the world average level,but also there is a big gap compared with developed countries,the service trade scale needs to improve,the structure needs to optimize,the technical needs to improve;The service export technical complexity can represent the upgrade of the trade service in Beijing,and services trade export technical complexity can promote the growth of service export and economic in Beijing,the breakthrough to upgrade Beijing's trade in services is to improve service export technical complexity;Beijing's human capital level,number of patent license,and infrastructure can significantly influence the Beijing service export technical complexity;For this,this article puts forward policy suggestions of Beijing's trade in services to upgrade.as follows: enhance the level of education,especially to develop high-talented service trade;increase investment in scientific research,improve the protection system of intellectual property rights,enhance the technical level of service industry and service trade,improve infrastructure,increase infrastructure investment for the development of service industry and service trade,to create a good environment;In addition,also should encourage enterprises to innovation,and improve innovation ability of enterprises.
