| As the global climate warming, arctic ice began to melt, prolonged the arctic regions. Combined with the development of Marine technology and the progress of science and technology, the arctic route arises at the historic moment, has become the focus of countries and regions. Influenced by the arctic routes opened, the pattern of world shipping will change gradually, and the arctic route will inevitably will affect extension on the competitiveness of the port along the arctic. At the same time, the rich energy reserves in the Arctic region are very attractive to the Northeast Asian countries along the Arctic region, with new energy import channels in Northeast Asia and a far-reaching impact on the competitive landscape of crude oil ports in Northeast Asia.Arctic routes in the Northeast Asian region crude oil port competitiveness has important strategic significance. This article first determine the scope of the study, the Northeast Asian crude oil port is limited to South Korea, Japan,China Northeast Asia crude oil port,And selected the sixteen representative ports of Ulsan Port,Guan yang Port, Incheon Port,Yokohama Port, Daesan Port, Nagoya Port, Chiba Port, Qingdao Port, Tianjin Port, Ningbo Port,Zhoushan Port, Dalian Port, Yingkou Port, Rizhao Port, Quanzhou Port and Huizhou Port. At the same time, according to the special nature of crude oil port, this paper analyzes the main contents of crude oil port competition and the influencing factors of crude oil port competition, and expounds the competition of crude oil port in the background of Arctic route. Then, according to the influencing factors of the crude oil port, the article establishes the evaluation index system of the crude oil port competitiveness, chooses the input index and the output index. In this paper, we use the data envelopment analysis method to select the public factor according to the factor analysis method, and select the CCR model and the super efficiency model to analyze the port competitiveness. Finally, this paper analyzes the competitiveness of the selected eleven ports, and analyzes the impact of the operation of the Arctic route on the port efficiency before the opening of the Arctic route. The article found that in the Arctic route opened the situation, Northeast Asia crude oil port competition will be balanced and intense. |
