The performance evaluation system includes the mainly four aspects: the determination of performance evaluation index, weight distribution of performance appraisal,steps and methods on the implementation of performance appraisal,safeguard on the implementation of performance appraisal.Through a variety of management tools of key performance indicators (KPI), flat salary, the balanced scorecard and 360degree performance appraisal, objectives management, we established and implement appraisal system of the WH CO.,LTD terminal key positions and staff performance on account of practical situation of its forklift driver and equipment control dispatcher. According to the steps and methods of the extraction of assessment index, I take the variable cost expenditure, work efficiency,customer satisfaction, accident as the key indicators of assessment; In terms of the position and the company's strategic target, work efficiency and variable cost expenditure should be more weight in appraisal project, security incidents should take second place. In the implementation of the performance appraisal, at first, I changed the performance level of the examinee into three instead of past random, increase the scope of compensation to achieve the effect of reward the advanced and lash the junior,meanwhile, accomplish the performance coaching and propaganda work, let the employees understand guiding role the performance appraisal. In the process of assessment, I adopt the method of the quantitative indicators. According to system data and the calculation formula for each employee the corresponding scores and the standards of grading, I put each employee into different performance levels as the basis of monthly performance bonuses; Quantitative indicators and clear and fair evaluation process is the basis of the assessment in the process of the implementation. Employee's feedback should be put into attention as the basic of the performance appraisal improvement. The establishment and improvement of the appraisal interview and grievance mechanism is important safeguards of performance appraisal,effective communication between superior and subordinate help. The completion of performance goals, complaint mechanism make for a fair assessment of atmosphere, relevant business training should be expanding to employees who left behind in the performance appraisal, only the ability of the business can bring performance improvement.This thesis analyzes the situation and the existing problems of the WH CO.,LTD operations, puts forward the necessity of performance appraisal improvement, after analyzing the main factors influencing the organizational goals,establish the performance appraisal system of the WH CO.,LTD operations from four aspects of cost expenditure, work efficiency, customer satisfaction, accidents; come up with the implementation steps and safeguards, presents the effect of performance appraisal after implementation and analysis, moreover,, facts have proven that it has a certain practical role in guide the actual work.
