D Company Quality Risk Management Research

With the rapid development of social economy,people's material life level rising,but food quality problems become more and more prominent,people's attention to food quality and safety is higher and higher.Food quality is a social conscience,is related to social tens of thousands of people's life.Food quality and safety not only affect the healthy development of the industry,has become the important factors that affect social stability.Taking D food production quality risk management as the thesis launches the research,established the general food enterprise quality risk evaluation indexes,through the selection of personnel,materials,methods of production and processing equipment and environment five factors are qualitative and quantitative analysis,and combined with the elements of IS09000 quality standard,determine the risk level of the specific food quality,and puts forward specific to this food quality risk means of risk prevention and control,to provide the reference for food enterprises personnel quality management.This paper first analyzes the status of D company quality risk management,clear D company to the quality of the risk management in the existing problems,as well as the key link of quality risk management.Then,combining the theory of quality management and risk management theory,using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of D company's quality risks are analyzed.By using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,analysis of D company quality risk,establish the corresponding analysis model and evaluation index set,comprehensive calculation of indicators,and then draw D evaluation level,on the basis of the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)is used to analyze the quality risk indicators of D company,determine the weight of each index hierarchy,through data computation and comparison,the final draw D the key links of quality risk management,control,and clearly D company dealing with quality risk measures.
