Research In Performance Assessment Of Private Equity Investment Department:an Application Of The BSC Theory

China’s stake in equity investment develops quickly and it has become an important way to finance for small and medium-sized enterprises since its appearance. The theoretical circle is more and more on the study of the theory of the equity investment, but about how to find and identification the most investment value of the target corporation, objective and fair evaluation target enterprise project manager’s study is less. These problems directly affect the success of equity investment and its development in long-term run. Therefore,this paper studies the economic performance evaluation of the equity investment projects.With the background of controlling the financial sector in recent years,this- paper studies the key performance evaluation of equity issues with qualitative and quantitative methods. The specialities of equity funds, and the related concepts of organization form and operation process are analyzed and the development of the equity fund both at home and abroad are summarized.This paper also analyzes the organization structure and characteristics of program manager team first. And then based on these analysises, the key factors to evaluate the organization’s performance is obtained by surveying the experts. The performance of the program manager team is evaluated from finance, customers, operation and training and learning aspects. The weights of each key factor are approximated by experts. Finally, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to model the performance system.The research on the evaluation of program manager of equity contributes to finding the issues in its development. The performance evaluation of program manager can be applied to the organizations and efforts are gained through practice. Based on the analysis about the development situation,development of China’s equity opportunities and issues in the current market,suggestions and improvement measures are provided to help the organizations gain a better future. This paper makes a clear understanding on the operation of equity funds in China, and it contributes to the development for the equity fund.
