There are many beneficial effects, but we could not ignore the risk of Internet finance, in the case of unfavorable platform supervision, there have been false information caused by customers to put the phenomenon of money never go back, as well as the situation due to the capital chain break caused the platform frequently make off, to the participants brought a huge loss of property.In view of these risk problems, analysis in the paper about the various types of risks on the basis of analyzing the development of Internet finance, and then puts forward Analytic Hierarchy Process to evaluate each risk index. Taking Internet Finance Company-A as the actual case, the paper analyzes the specific risk factors that affect the operation in the operation mode of Company A, and then analyzes and finds the most influential index. For the company in the future development process of risk prevention and control work to provide the basis and put forward the relevant views and measures.In the following, the use of Internet financial operations encountered in the risk of analysis as the object, according to its development process and foreign Internet financial development reference comparison.Considering the risk elements in the process of actual business transaction,we classify the different elements with different focus and avoid the one-sidedness in the research content.Through a series of analysis, although the development of Internet finance in China is in the rising period, but which contains the risk of Internet and financial double risk.
