With the rapid progress of science and technology and the rapid development of productivity,the continuous improvement of the level of customer demand,business competition is growing,increasingly globalization.In order to maintain the competitiveness of enterprises,many enterprises give up the "vertical integration" management mode,and then turned to the "horizontal integration" management mode,"horizontal integration" management mode through manufacturers distributors to retailers,to form a "chain",namely the supply chain.Inventory management is always a problem in enterprise management,and a reasonable inventory control strategy can bring huge economic benefits.The supply of fresh agricultural products inventory problem in the chain need take a broader perspective to consider and to proceed from the entire supply chain,consider how to reduce the inventory cost of the whole supply chain,formulate the optimal inventory control strategy,the rational allocation of resources.In view of the above background,this paper uses the simulation optimization method to do the following research:(1)Based on the domestic and foreign literatures,this paper makes a literature review on the multi echelon inventory system,the multi echelon inventory system of fresh agricultural products and the multi-level inventory system simulation.Secondly,the basic theory of inventory control,system simulation,discrete event system simulation,simulation optimization method and optimization algorithm are introduced and summarized.(2)Using Flexsim to build a single echelon inventory simulation model,the simulation optimization method for the single level inventory is the strategic verification.Using the Flexsim simulation tester,after three simulation experiments,the optimal inventory policy value is obtained.At the same time with the mathematical results comparison,simulation verification strategy for type square true optimization method in solving the system parameter optimization problem has many limitations,so in order to solve the problem of parameter optimization,a simulation optimization method based on simulation model and intelligent optimization algorithm is proposed.(3)Using Flexsim simulation software and improved particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm to establish the simulation model of the Multi-level Inventory of fresh agricultural products,The simulation optimization method for the multi echelon inventory of fresh agricultural products is the simulation model is used as the fitness function of the optimization algorithm.Through the simulation optimization iteration,the simulation results are obtained,comparing with the results of mathematical solution,it is found that the simulation optimization method combined with simulation and intelligent algorithm is more advantageous to solve complex system problems.At the same time,the influence of the K value of the particle swarm velocity constraint parameters on the optimization of the model is investigated.
