With the rapid development of China's economy,especially the vigorous development of the aerospace industry,for aerospace high-tech enterprises in Xi'an HT Company,relying solely on the advantages of resources and capital has been unable to meet the enterprise further development should rely on innovation,relying on the knowledge of continuously updated to achieve further development,and innovation and knowledge update need promote the division process.For Xi'an HT Company and technology division is the innovation activities of the company in the process of the main participants and creator,they represent the company's technical strength and core competitiveness,is to determine the core elements of the sustainable development of the company,at present the traditional performance incentive has been unable to meet the company for the division process of incentive and corporate development.Also as the core of the company's technology division,due to the particularity of the innovation,the company should pay more attention to the training of technicians,to establish effective performance incentive,improve the knowledge and skills of the craftsmen at the same time,enhance the company's technical strength and scientific research ability,for China's aerospace industry's contribution to the development of wisdom and strength.In this paper,the theoretical contact the actual method,based on two factor theory and incentive theory inquiry,and based on two factor theory of Xi'an HT Company's technology division conducted a questionnaire survey,in based on the data obtained by frequency analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,so as to find out the Xian HT Company in the effective factors on the health factors and incentive factors and ineffective factors,find out the existing problems,and according to the characteristics of Xi'an HT Company Technology Division of the work,the re division of health factors and incentive factors proposed new incentive and aiming at the existing problems.Eventually come only from the actual situation of Xi'an HT Company,combining the related theory and the company's development strategy,established with its own characteristics of HT Company and in accordance with the features of the development of the division process incentive measures,so as to in the continuous improvement of technology division of the satisfaction and loyalty,improve the company's technical strength and scientific research ability,enhance the company's comprehensive competitiveness,so as to ensure the healthy and rapid development of HT Company.Hope that through the study of this paper can be of Xi'an HT Company Technology Division of performance incentive is optimized and help Xian HT Company to establish and improve the incentive,so as to improve the technology division of the work enthusiasm,more conducive to the development of the company.At the same time,the author also hope that through this study of Xi'an HT company performance incentives,but also for similar companies to establish and improve the incentive to play a reference role.
