With the development of economy,micro and small companies of China are growing consistently.In order to enhance the competitiveness of commercial banks during the increasingly fierce market competition period,we must take advantage and seize market share to expand the scope of the credit business of micro and small companies.Bank of Ningxia is a local commercial bank,the financial strength and risk resistance capacity are relatively weak compare to the state-owned commercial banks and stock-owned banks.Therefore,the study of a set of micro and small companies for the credit management model is a way that Bank of Ningxia ought to go to strengthen its core competitiveness and to make a contribution to the local development of economic.This article takes Bank of Ningxia as an example to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of IPC technology credit system based on the statement of credit management.The study finds that there are these main problems in IPC technology credit system:technology promotion activity is restricted because of high cost;post-loan management becomes a matter of mere formality;not paying attention to inner management but only to working on lending,etc.To solve the problems,the study offers several guiding and practical countermeasures and suggestions:take measures to enhance risk control and prevention,raise borrowing enterprises' penalty cost;establish a fully functioning system for dealing with forecasting credit risk;complete inner management system and concentrate efforts on the cultural advancement.With implementation of measures the credit structure of Bank of Ningxia will get a further development.
