Research On Military Style Management Of MaiDuoShan Mine

In the context of economic globalization,Chinese economy has been developing rapidly,companies competition becoming more and more fierce.How to stand out in the competitive,management ability and management becomes very importantly.Known for its high executive performances,the military style management always attracts the eyesight of all managers.For eight years,Maiduoshan mine overcomeall kinds of difficulties and challenges,improved corporate imagegreatly,enhance cohesion,and formed a good safety and production orderby introducing the military style management.Development and construction companies gradually into the fast lane.However,the military style management drawbacks appeared,facing reform.Research on Maiduoshan’s mine military style management is carried out in this thesis.Successful experience and lesson of failure are summed up followed by some improvement measures targeted the current management dilemma.These issues include humanistic care,coalmine image,work discipline and security order.The study concluded that Maiduoshan’s mine correctly handle the relationship between production efficiency and people oriented,between military style management and democratic management,between the stage and transcendence of militarization management.
