Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of science&technology and use of new techniques,all walks of life develop fast.And if enterprises wants to keep up with the pace of era development and adapt to the new social trend,they must ensure their advantages to success in the fierce market.In short,the core competitiveness of enterprises is talents.What is more,technical personnel gets hold of the core techniques in the state-owned chemical enterprises.They are the backbone for enterprises development,and are significant for safe,long-term and stable operation of enterprises.Production in enterprises is very likely to be interrupted when plenty of technicians leave their jobs,which may cause enterprises shutdown.Therefore,technical personnel is important for survival and development of state-owned chemical enterprises.It usually spends 3 years to train a qualified technician in the X State-owned chemical companies(hereinafter,it referred to the X enterprise).It means that the enterprise has to invest a lot of money on the technicians for training.These technicians acquire a wealth of practical and technical experience and systematic expertise.Hence,their turnover will influence the stable operation of the X enterprise badly.In this paper,the X enterprise is regarded as the research background.And the status of the turnover of its technical personnel is the object of study.Combination with learning and exploring of relevant theory,analysis of the underlying reasons and existing management problems in the X enterprises is reported,and thus some countermeasures for retaining technical talents are mentioned targeted.Finally,it hopes that this paper can provide some suggestions and reference for reducing the turnover rate of technical personnel in the X enterprises and other state-owned chemical enterprises.
