Study On The Ecological System Of Rural E-commerce And Achieve A Public Service Platform

This research is based on the research of rural e-commerce of Lin'an City,through the investigation on the current situation and existing problems of the subjects in rural e-commerce,summarize the main functions of subjects and the ecological relation among subjects,and to evaluate the health level of rural e-commerce from the perspective of ecosystem.By setting a complete and scientific evaluation index,combined with the analytic hierarchy process and grey comprehensive evaluation method,combining qualitative index and quantitative index.This study evaluate the rural e-commerce ecosystem of Lin'an City and develop e-commerce public service platform to solve the existing problems and support the development of rural e-commerce.In the process of building evaluation model,this study draw lessons from the layered approach of CDSESC,comprehensive rural e-commerce ecosystem four round model of Lin‘an City(put forward by Zhejiang University CARD China Rural Electricity Research Center),and then have a thorough research on rural e-commerce in Lin'an City,put forward a evaluation model of rural e-commerce ecosystem,including ? core,derivative,support,extension,society,competition?,the six levels of the 22 evaluation indicators.In addition,use the grey comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the level of application of e-commerce ecosystem of Lin'an City,and analysis of the single index in the system,find out the most influential factor on the entire business ecosystem.From the analysis,it can be known that the e-commerce ecosystem of Lin‘an is in a state of health,the ecosystem has been able to reach a certain requirement,but it can development better if some factors can be improved.Moreover,through the evaluate of single index,"quality safety certification" is the most important position of the system;"talent","industrial products" and "operational analysis" is the factor need to strengthen,because they have a higher degree of impact to the rural e-commerce ecosystem,but the actual application level is lower.Finally,based on the analysis of model,focus to the "talent","industrial products","operational analysis" and other factors,develop e-commerce public service platform to solve the existing problems and support the development of rural e-commerce.
