I want to open a restaurant the offers a completely new concept to the Spanish cuisine.In this restaurant,I will mix the Spanish cuisine,methods and environment,with the Japanese style Teppanyaki.Creating a concept that will allow the customers to experience the Spanish food in a way that has not been done yet.Mixing culture and food will not be a problem with this new concept.Through this proposal,I go deep some of the key topics of the business plan,explaining in detail each of them.For this proposal,the topics I will develop will be: an introduction,in which I will explain the current status of the industry and its relation with the new concept,and will explain the research implications and methods followed in the project.I will explain in detailed the literature review for this proposal and go it has helped the development of it.And finally,I will make an analysis of the industry,explaining the business opportunity.
