Nowadays,Agritourism Tourism progressively become a major form of the modern agriculture,it not only can promote income increasing for former,but also can contribute more work.WenZhou on the southeast coast of China,advantaged agriculture resource,natural resource and culture resource contributed WenZhou become a perfect place for Agritourism Tourism.Moreover,with the economy increasing,Agritourism Tourism of WenZhou develop fast,but many problems on the way,just like management level,design lack,unlink to other industry and lack industry chain,those problems disadvantaged Agritourism Tourism development.This argument use SWOT model to analysis WenZhou's strengths,weakness,opportunity and treat for Agritourism Tourism,and supply some solutions.This paper collect much information of WenZhou leisure agriculture,and to analysis development situation of WenZhou leisure agriculture delay years based on much data.Moreover,this paper contributes opinion of WenZhou leisure agriculture development in future.This paper chooses three leisure agriculture enterprises to analysis management and business model,so that it can summarize the characters of WenZhou leisure agriculture.Therefore,leisure agriculture of WenZhou faced five problem,there are lack of infrastructure;low correlation to related industries;Low management level;no rational planning and risk assessment system;no brand and scale.As the result,this paper propose six countermeasures,there are promotes to infrastructure of leisure agriculture and achieve policy support;brunch industries chain;appeal and training talent people.Industries boutique;attention to industries planning and activity to use internet of things.Build assessment system of leisure agriculture.
