A Study On Agricultural Tourism System Development

The agritourism presents earliest in Europe,and afterwards it develops in Asia and other areas. Its unique landscape type and the active project have already met the psychological need which the city people have to give up affectation,and at the same time add a touch of bright color to traditional tourism.Domestic and foreign researches on agricultural tourism mostly carry on from the concept analysis,product design,marketing promotion and development influence.They pay more attention to scattered empirical study.This article firstly constructs the analysis framework for agritourism that elements of agritourism system consist of demand-system elements,supply-system elements,access-system elements,the external environment-system elements and control-system elements,which is based on using systems engineering rationale and referring to the tourism system theory,community participation in the theory of location theory,the theory of ecological security of the content.The agricultural tourism system structure includes five essential factors.The agritourism system's operation of the internal mechanism include three major forces(demand pull, agricultural development impetus,policy promotion),operation of transmission mechanism(spontaneous adjustment,the decision-making according to chances and coupling conduction) and operating mechanism(the investment mechanism,the conversion mechanism,the regulative mechanism,the output mechanism and the feedback mechanism),system's evolution tendency under the influence of essential factors such as demand and policy.Secondly,this article puts forward four principles and four substances of the development of the agritourism system(system elements,function,structure and optimization).The essay also has analyzed the key points and difficulties of systematic development that we must pay attention to the spatial pattern arrangement and the development pattern design strategically.It also proposes two types of space development pattern named the axis development and the circle level structure,three development pattern(spontaneous peasant type,corporate investment type,the government leading type) based on differences between the subject of investment and four development pattern(farmyard, agricultural science education,agricultural production base,agricultural theme park)based on the content of development.Then it cards the procedure of the development of the agricultural tourism system which orders by survey and evaluation about agricultural tourism resources,research on agricultural tourism market,strategy formulation of agricultural tourism,the arrangement of agricultural tourism tactic and the construction of agricultural tourism safeguard system. On the basis of the theory,the article unifies the practice of Chongqing's agritourism development to conduct the empirical study.At first,it analyses the achievement and problems of Chongqing's agritourism development.Then from systematic development supplies angle it points out that Chongqing's agritourism resources have many different types,special characteristics and they have big development advantages over the others.From demand angle,it tells us that the residents in main city of Chongqing have a strong demand for agritourism through interview and questionnaire form.Their traveling radius is approximately in 350 kilometers.It also concludes that the realistic consumers have some anxious problems such as safety,unhealthy and the sole types of products. Afterwards,this article proposes that Chonging's agricultural tourism development strategy space is a big pattern called "a center and three plates",which means type of leisure and exhibition in metropolis,three high agritourism in west of Chongqing,ecotourism in northeast and folk tourism in southeast.Its development models of agritourism are farm,forestry tourism,modern agritoursim, three high agritourism and agricultural festivals.It also states the development direction,applicable scope and construction content of every model.We should improve the quality of service and increase the quantity of agricultural tourism buses in the construction of traveling transportation channels.We should emphasize on method diversification and dynamic information in the construction of marketing information channel.In the end,the article proposes the safeguard system of Changing's agricultural tourism,which emphasizes on the preferential benefit in tax revenue and agrarian policy,on building special advancement organization for agricultural tourism, on carrying on talented strategy of agricultural tourism that combines raising by itself and foreign introduction,on thinking more about the local farmers' reasonable request on the decision-making, employment and benefit assigmnent of agricultural tourism.
