In recent years,the banks in China have been gradually improving the operation mechanism as well as work efficiency.Thus it has achieved a lot from reformation and innovation.While compared with the first-class bank in the world,there is still a long way to go.Shaanxi QN Bank is stepping into a rapid development stage,which establishes a rural commercial bank according with modern corporate system based on merging and restructuring,by increasing capital and share,optimizing ownership structure,re-organizing mechanism and so on.As the core of the whole banking business,counter service affects the whole work efficiency of a bank.How to improve the work efficiency in bank counter service is not only an important research topic,but also one of the concerns of QN bank.This thesis is doing an improvement research on the process of bank counter in Fang Zhicheng branch,Shaanxi QN bank,based on the theory of Business Process Reengineering(BPR),Comprehensive Risk Management and Organizational Management,in the methods of observation,literature research and case analysis.After a deep analysis of the current satiation and reasons,the necessity,objectives and principles are settled,and also the design thought and the specific execute solution.During the research,I take opening a company account and remittance business for examples,to discover the work efficiency,existing problems and risks,afterwards the corresponding improved counter service are given.The improvement on the process of counter service can increase its work efficiency,improve service quality and service level,at the same time the quality of financial accounting can be greatly enhanced.Lastly,the security steps and the specific countermeasures in Fang Zhicheng branch,Shaanxi QN bank are summarized,cause any successful reform cannot do without the support of human resource,system,science and technology.This thesis aims to apply Business Process Reengineering(BPR),Comprehensive Risk Management and Organizational Management on exploring an operable,systemic and scientific improvement of the process of bank counter in Fang Zhicheng branch,Shaanxi QN bank.This improvement research has an important effect on enhancing the competitive advantage of Fang Zhicheng branch,and also some significance on the structural reform and branch transformation for the whole QN bank.
