With China's rapid economic development,at present,people's living standards and personal wealth accumulation have also been continuously improved,the public demand for wealth management is also growing.In recent years,many independent Fortune Management companies,as an opportunity,are getting a repaid development in the market,while in the development process,there are both opportunities and challenges.In China,the independent Fortune Management company is still in the early stage of development,there is few marketing experience used for reference.So,in the growing market,how to comply with the policy and legal requirements quickly,in order to seize the market,becomes a tough challenge which each company has to cope with.Therefore,study how to develop effective marketing strategies is of great significance for the development of the independent Fortune Management companies.This paper takes the CE Company as the research object,which starts earlier and more representative in its area,and conducts an in-depth study on how to develop high quality and effective marketing strategies.In this paper,based on some relevant concepts of marketing,by doing market researches,visiting consumers,reviewing literature and theories,the basic information of the CE Company and its products are introduced,and after the current marketing situation of the CE Company has been analyzed,its deficiencies have also been found.Then,the marketing environment of CE Company is studied,the marketing market is subdivided,and the target customers are confirmed.Next,according to the 4Cs marketing theory,aiming at the existing problems in marketing,and combining with its marketing environment,the market strategies of the CE's financial products are redesigned from four aspects of customer,cost,convenience and communication,and the marketing strategies are devised which are in line with the actual situation of the CE Company.In the end,the supporting measures are designed,in order to ensure the implementation of the marketing strategies.
