Research On Comprehensive Risk Management Optimization Of SG Mobile Communications Corporation

Nowadays,along with the rapid development of economy,the market competition are getting more and more fierce.Gradually,people realize the importance of entire risk management for the survival and development of the enterprise.In 2002,the U.S.congress enacted Sarbanes Oxley act,which has strictly define the internal control.The risk management has therefore risen to a new height.China telecom operating companies has undergone strict supervision of overseas listing capital marker since listed in United States and Hong Kong.Along with influence of Global Market as well as the uncertain factors faced,it is quite urgent for China telecom operating companies to carry out a perfect institution of entire risk management.China telecom operating companies urgently need to strengthen the construction of entire risk management to improve international competition as well as preserve and increase the value of state-owned capital.Starting with the Internal Control Theory,Stockholder Theory,Corporate Governance Theory and Risk Management Theory,this thesis comprehensively analyze the risk management of China Mobile Corporation of Shaoguan by combining the five risks the telecom operating companies faces including environmental risk,political risk,market risk,operational risk and legal risk,and combining five risk management features including the fact that comprehensive risk management is in the initial stage,the fact that the risk management is highly dependent on foreign countries,the lack of systematic thinking,and the fact that risk management process management is not good,and the lack of effective information support tools.Finally,the thesis comprehensively analyze the present and the existing problems of problems of comprehensive risk management combining the eight elements of comprehensive risk management.Finally,this thesis tries to optimize the Entire Risk Management in China telecom operating industry via four aspects including the internal environment of risk management,goal management,risk management process and information technology support means.Finally,this thesis can promote the effective implementation of the comprehensive risk management.
