Research About The Capital Operation Of A State-owned Military Listed Company With HT Group Company As An Example

HT Group Company(hereinafter referred to as HT Group)is a state-owned military listed company.Opinions and suggestions regarding how to make use of the platform of the listed company to implement effective capital operation for sustained corporate development to achieve inflation-proof and value-added state-owned assets are given in this thesis through the research on HT Group's capital operation.Based on relative theory on capital operation for maximizing corporate value,the thesis takes HT Group as an example in the order of raising questions,analyzing them and answering them.By presenting HT Group's process of capital operation and its actual effect,the thesis analyzes the problems and obstacles in the process and puts forward the thought and approach for HT Group's follow-up capital operation.Opinions and suggestions regarding project selection,way of implementation,management control,etc.during the capital operation of state-owned military listed companies are given through comparison and induction in this thesis as reference for similar state-owned listed companies in their capital operation.The thesis puts forward the idea that state-owned listed companies should attach great importance to the selection of target enterprises for capital operation and their preparatory work,prudently select the ones with highly correlated main businesses,standard management and good growth,reasonably choose the ways of capital operation and flexibly use their means of capital operation.They can increase circulating funds through non-public offering,shares issuance for assets purchase,etc.They can also take over external assets of excellent quality through acquisition or promote state-owned stockholders' assets input.Meanwhile emphasis should be focused on the supervision,control,standard operation and coordinated fusion of newly merged enterprises.
