With the rapid development of economic globalization,the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly intense,the diversification of market demand and the trend of uncertainty in technology development has been very obvious,many enterprises have shown that the successful experience of enterprise development is inseparable from innovation,The user is one of the important innovation source of the enterprise,which is the key resource for the enterprise to obtain the sustainable competitive advantage.The development of Internet information technology makes the interaction between users and users,users and enterprises have been greatly improved,the interaction is an important way to create the value of the enterprise.Numerous studies have shown that user participation has an important impact on the sustainability of the firm's competitive advantage.Therefore,this paper based on the perspective of corporate co-creation value to analyze the user to participate in enterprise innovation,the inherent role of the path.This paper constructs the theoretical analysis model of the shared value proposition,the user participation innovation,the enterprise innovation capability and the enterprise competitive advantage through the literature combing,and discusses the internal mechanism of the user's participation in the enterprise innovation.Based on the related theory,this paper divides the user participation innovation into two dimensions: customer empower and personal interaction.The enterprise innovation capability is mainly measured by the two dimensions of the incremental innovation capability and the radical innovation capability.The enterprise competitive advantage is used to measure the user Participate in the innovation performance brought about by enterprise innovation.This paper is based on three sub-studies:(1)the connotation,dimension and measurement of the shared value proposition of the enterprise and the user,and the analysis of the innovation between the user and the enterprise through the interaction;(2)the relationship between the user participation in innovation and the competitive advantage of the enterprise,and explore the relationship between the user participation and the enterprise through the influence of the enterprise's innovation capability.(3)The relationship between the user's innovation and the enterprise's competitive advantage,And then the impact of competitive advantage.In this study,we use the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical method,qualitative research and quantitative research to study the three sub-research,and finally analyze the inherent mechanism of user participation in enterprise innovation based on the results of three sub-studies.The results of this paper are as follows:(1)The shared value proposition of the enterprise and the user is mainly composed of two dimensions: the difference value proposition and the relationship value proposition.(2)The relationship between the value proposition has a significant positive effect on the incremental innovation capability and the radical innovation capability;the difference value proposition has the positive influence on the incremental innovation capability;the customer empower in the relation value proposition and the incremental innovation capability Played a part of the intermediary role.(3)customer empower and personal interaction have a significant positive effect on competitive advantage;incremental innovation capability and radical innovation capability in customer empower and competitive advantage have played a part of the intermediary role.Therefore,to sum up,the intrinsic mechanism of user participation in enterprise innovation is: the relationship value proposition influence the enterprise's incremental innovation capability through the customer empower and further influence the enterprise's competitive advantage.
