Haitian Company Energy Saving Management Research

Energy is the driving force of enterprise development clean and efficient energy is the guarantee for the sustainable development of enterprises.Energy conservation is not only the need for enterprises to reduce the cost and improve economic benefit,but also is the need of environmental protection and the improvement of environmental quality.Improving the energy-saving management for the transformation and upgrading of enterprises,structural adjustment,promoting technological progress,is of great significance to enhance the level of enterprise management,is the inevitable choice for the construction of a resource-saving,environment-friendly society.In this paper,the Haitian company as the research object,aiming at the existing energy efficiency is not fast,energy-saving management level is not high,the overall energy consumption is high,and energy related emission reduction pressure will increase rapidly and other practical problems,to business process reengineering theory,target management principles of SMART,management information system,PDCA management cycle as research tools and methods,from the structure of energy-saving,energy-saving technology,management of energy conservation,building energy-saving aspects,this paper goes deeply into the study of energy-saving management Haitian company,analyzes the present situation,points out the problems,finds out the reasons,proposes steps of project design and solution to make evaluation and do continuous improvement research.This paper proposes to establish energy management system as the basis,to develop energy-saving target system and refinement scheme,structure of energy saving optimization scheme,technical energy saving project plan,energy-saving system for energy management;business process reengineering,energy-saving management organizational structure adjustment;puts forward energy-saving management measures under the constraints of energy and environment and information system based on modern information technology;implements step by step to achieve energy saving effect of continuous improvement by using the method of PDCA management cycle.Energy saving management in enterprises is a system engineering,it is very essential to establish energy management system,to build the target system of energy saving and make target decomposition in accordance with the Department,workshop,factory jobs,relying on advanced management information system to improve energy efficiency of management decision-making,and to strengthen energy saving management.Improving the energy-saving management in different stages of enterprise development are different:preparatory stage of new plant should pay attention to the structure of energy-saving,embody technological progress,eliminate backward production capacity,optimize the energy structure,increase the proportion of clean energy;the energy-saving projects are regarded as the key point in the project implementation process;during the operation period,implement of management energy saving,do well in the system management and continuous improvement.Formulate measures in energy and environment conditions make the most use of advanced scientificmethods of cleaner production,low carbon economy,circular economy to promote energy saving management.Studying and solving the problem of energy saving management the company improves energy management and provides reference for Chinese traditional industries.
