Ginza Department Store Energy Management Research

In recent years,the domestic retail chains have to carry out the energy saving and obtained a certain result,but the majority of enterprises there are still lack of energy saving technology talented person,information utilization is low,Technical reformation advance slowly,the energy conservation management refinement level is not high.In this background,in this paper,by using case analysis,sampling analysis and comparative analysis,the "one of the top 10 department store chain in China" INZONE department organization,implementation and results of energy saving management in recent years were described in detail,on the basis of the analysis of existing problems and put forward improving strategies.The main contents include:First of all,introduced the thesis research background,purpose,content,research method and train of thought,the current domestic retail energy saving management environment is analyzed,introduced the related energy saving theory and concepts,summarizes the energy saving policies and regulations related to retail.Second,the energy saving practice of INZONE department in recent years a comprehensive summary and analysis,including: energy-saving management structure of enterprise,energy budget management and performance evaluation mechanism,the energy data statistics and analysis of the situation,in recent years to carry out the lighting energy-saving reconstruct EMC,reconstruction of air conditioning energy saving,escalator variable frequency energy saving and the application of ice storage systems.On the basis of summarizing the results of energy saving management,the depth analysis of the problems and causes are carried out.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the INZONE department energy conservation management,from two aspects of energy saving management and energy saving and technology put forward the corresponding countermeasures,including: to improve the talent training mechanism,optimization of energy management performance evaluation index system,the construction of the energy management center,the application of building automation system,the application of solar photovoltaic power generation system,and strengthen the exchanges and cooperation with industry,etc.,and the full text is summarized,and the research prospects are put forward.
