Research On Innovative Enterprise Incubators

The construction of innovative enterprises is an important measure to carry out the national independent innovation strategy and establish enterprise as the main body and market as the leading technology innovation system. In recent years, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have repeatedly stressed the need to accelerate the formation of a number of innovative enterprises. To this end, the provinces and cities to carry out the work of creativity, one of the important initiatives is to rely on government support, to create a number of innovative companies specifically for incubators and incubators, such as Hi-Tech Park, Caohejing Hi-tech Development Zone of Shanghai,Binhai New Area of Tianjin, Jinan Innovation Valley, Optics Valley of China, Biolake.These incubation bases led by the government, with the corresponding personnel,taxation, financing and other policies, has gradually become an important base for the development of high-tech industries and technological innovation and the growth pole of local economic development.Based on the introduction of the important role of innovative enterprises in the development of national economy, this paper introduces the definition of innovative enterprises at home and abroad, and explains the current situation of domestic innovative enterprises. In detail elaborated the government of innovative enterprise incubation mechanism research and the theoretical basis of the related concepts of service-oriented government. Then, taking the Bangalore Software Park of India and the Wuhan East Lake New Technology Development Zone as examples, this paper intuitively shows the important role of the government incubation mechanism for enterprises and local social and economic development.After the comparison of the theory and the same type of incubator, this paper introduces the establishment, management and management of Wuhan National Bio-industrial Base and Biolake, and introduces the four policies of enterprise policy,talent policy, tax policy and finance. This paper analyzes the main hatching mechanism of Biolake, and tries to analyze the reason of its development and the bottleneck of its follow - up development from the status of Biola:ke. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the hatching mechanism of Optics Valley bio-city, hoping to provide some help to the research of incubation mechanism of innovative enterprises from theoretical research and practical operation.
