Countermeasures Research About Land Supervision On The Implementation Of Jiangsu Coastal Development Strategy

In order to promote the coordinated development and accelerate the transformation of economic-social development and create a new growth pole of the eastern region of China,Chinese Central Government put forward the strategy of Jiangsu coastal development in 2009,which is an important part of the national coastal development strategy system.In the implementation,the science of land resources,rational utilization of an important foundation goals,including the realization of incremental land control,land space layout optimization,land comprehensive benefits improvement has been a consensus.Since the implementation of the strategy of Jiangsu coastal development and blind reclamation construction of a large number of cultivated land illegal occupation and the coast line of land resources,industrial and urban land use structure improvement is slow,economic land value-added benefits were not significant,land ecological bearing force is not strong,and problems taking place in new or old period intertwined existence.Many of these problems caused by local government,enterprises and individual illegal land use behavior.Obviously,our land use regulation system face a very complex situation.The land use supervision of Jiansu coastal region need for protection of reasonable land resource use order linked with economic development and ecological environment construction.Further more,there is a need for controlling of economic and social and ecological problems in view of the present land use state.The current implementation of land use regulation in Jiangsu coastal development strategy ask for strengthening the construction of supervision system,combing the countermeasure sanalyzing of land use problems and land use supervision.Our study makes full use of theories and practice experiences on current land use supervision.We compare land use issues under nowadays land use supervision system with the strategic goals of coastal development and the land use planning target.Also,we analyze the pressure of land use supervision and dynamic,then construct the land supervision system for the smooth implementation of the Jiangsu coastal region development strategy and put forward the comprehensive supervision mode.Specifically,Our study analyzes the problems linked with development and characteristics of land use in coastal area,after deep research on?Jiangsu Coastal Areas Development Planning?,this paper summarize the main supervision points of planning and implementation of coastal land development and utilization situation and the demand for land,at the same time,it aims to reveal the regulatory requirements for land development strategy and land supervision challenges.On the base of investigating,analysising,coordinating the development planning and land use,improvement of upervision system,research on supervision technology,this paper actively explores an innovative mechanisms of land supervision,meanwhile,put forward countermeasures of land supervision which aims to provide effective support for the implementation of the coastal development strategy of land supervision.
