| Today’s society is changing rapidly and volatile environment,The importance of efficient and standardized management mode in the social competition is becoming more and more important.Efficient human resources management,optimize the allocation of resources,so that small organizations can continue to grow and gradually improve.If the organization is a biological individual,then the person is the organization of cells.Human resources in the organization in a central position,resource management gives the organization a strong driving force,after the formation of the organization to show "Pyramid" type,a high-rise is superior,a bottom for the lower level employees,top-down management mode will determine the staff in the organization’s activities and interaction with others,the relationship between the interaction,employees at all levels,between the upper and lower staff’s social interaction on the formation of the subordinate relationship.Human is the core resource in organizations,research on subordinate relationship is very important.Because there are a variety of relations,the research object of this paper is the middle management staff relatively wide range of contact in an organization,the group in the organization’s subordinate relationship is clear.In social interaction,people will use some skills consciously unconsciously,to influence their perception of their behavior,this is the impression management.Impact of impression management on relationships based on the practical significance of the middle management through research in an organization not only has a certain theoretical significance but also has certain practical significance,has enriched the impression management of the outcome variable and the subordinate relationship of the antecedent variables,put forward some management implications for the organization and management activities.Based on the previous research,to investigate the effects of impression management and its dimensions of subordinate relationship and its dimensions.By impression management as the independent variable,subordinate relationship as the dependent variable.This study used questionnaire survey,291 questionnaires by using SPSS24.0 software to analyze the collected first,descriptive statistics analysis of the middle-level managers of impression management and its dimensions and the relationship between superior and subordinate status and its dimensions,on the basis of the correlation analysis and regression analysis,draw the following conclusions:(1)The impression management of the middle-level managers has a significant impact on the relationship between the upper and lower levels(2)Some dimensions of organizational management impression have a significant impact on the relationship between the upper and lower levels.(3)Demographic variables have significant effects on impression management and its dimensions and the relationship between subordinates and subordinates... |
