With the rapid development of economy,more furious market competition the company will be faced,which lead to the suivival and development of company more difficult.To take a place in the market which with furious competition,we must analyze the enterprise financial and operating conditions timely and effective,find out enterprise existence of loopholes,and put forward effective solutions to ensure progress of corporate's development.Biotechnology industry is the emerging high-tech industry,our country take the road of industrialization since the 21 st century,facing the dual pressure of resources and the environment.In order to alleviate the economic development bottleneck,the state should encourage conpany to catch the opportunity of biotechnological development and speed up the development of the biology industry as a key strategic industry.This article selects the Starway biological technology company which is the biotechnology industry's typical company to take a finance analysis,providing a certain reference significance for enterprises in the industry.In this paper,we analyze the financial data of Starway biological technology company by using the method of structural analysis,trend analysis,ratio analysis and du pont analysis.Then compare the financial data of two outstanding enterprises to Starway company by using radar map analysis Found out some problems that the company faced in recent years,such as the unstable growth of total assets and total liabilities,the enterprise losses in a row,the unreasonable capital structure,low utilization efficiency of fixed assets,backlog of inventorythe,accounts receivable liquidity and the high cost.Then,we put forward some suggestions in six aspects aimed at these problems,such as optimizing the assets structure to reduce the pressure of repayment,increasing the recycling rate of accounts receivable,increasing the service efficiency of fixed assets,and actively to deal with inventory,improving the cost management to reduce the cost and strengthening the strategic investment to expand the scale of asset growth and so on.Finally,through correctly use of various analysis methods this article in the hope of motivating company's potential of operating and development,and providing a reference for managers to the company strategy to improve the rationality of the decision.
