The 2008 financial crisis not only profoundly affected or even changed the pattern of the world economy today,but also to the global banking industry on a vivid lesson.In this context of economic and financial,"business transformation,improve core competitiveness" has become the strategic focus of China's commercial banks.China Agricultural Development Bank as a policy bank,its main function is to support the development of agricultural industry,bank management and management by the government's directive is relatively large,in the management process is also a lack of initiative to change the driving force.With the expansion of policy banking,China's agricultural development banking industry is also trying to transition to a comprehensive financial institutions.In this transition process,China Agricultural Development Bank is bound to improve the level of performance management.However,as a policy bank,subordinate branches of China Agricultural Development Bank,subordinate branches of China Agricultural Development Bank,performance appraisal methods follow the previous assessment methods,in the Agricultural Bank of China Development Bank Qianjiang branch is facing the strategic transformation of the background,it is difficult to adapt The bank's own development needs.This paper uses the case analysis method to select the Qianjiang branch of China Agricultural Development Bank as a case.On the basis of grasping the relevant theories of performance appraisal,this paper analyzes the current situation of performance management and finds that there are the following problems in the performance appraisal:The qualitative score is prone to "hit people" phenomenon;performance appraisal follow-up without feedback;lack of assessment of the ability of staff learning and growth.In view of the causes of these problems,the author uses the Balanced Scorecard method to link the development strategy of Qianjiang of China Agricultural Development Bank with the performance appraisal of employees,and discusses the optimized performance appraisal index system and safeguard measures.China's policy banks to improve the performance appraisal work to provide a little reference.
