Online And Offline Communication Effect Of Intervention Study

Communication intervention program designed in this research line of two sets of online learning through the Internet, the line based group counseling of interpersonal communication ability of a Fiberhome technology company project manager intervention to enhance a company project manager of Fiberhome communication and interpersonal skills. Choose a company Fiberhome as intervention objects have the following reasons:first, Fiberhome technology company project manager is the core character of organization, they not only in technology exchange between employees to foreign products business negotiation, the responsibility of the general staff, the pressure, the company also the higher the requirements; second, the company is currently in the sale of Fiberhome IT products, and now IT industry competition, the staff a lot of pressure,especially as a bridge of communication between the project manager; third,interpersonal communication mode of a company is the general Fiberhome command,command type, without emotion, fewer words such a mode of communication, make employee interpersonal alienation, enterprise culture will not be fulfilledhe main research method of this research is experimental method. A total of 30 subjects were randomly divided into experimental group (online intervention group),experimental group two (offline intervention group) and control group. There were 10 people in each group, with no loss of personnel. The experimental group was given online intervention for 8 weeks, and the experimental group received 8 weeks of offline intervention. The control group did not interfere with the intervention. The online intervention is mainly text, pictures, audio, video, which includes the understanding of their own easy to meet and overcome communication problems, understanding the angle and direction, learning attitude, listening to the speech and body language, easy to be accepted by the way of speaking and summary. All interventions are learned through intranet learning by linking learning. The line is mainly through the intervention of group counseling intervention, which includes communication before the good impression and improve communication consciousness; communication: funnel praise, empathy,listening and communication; communication: to consolidate and summarize the experience. Before and after the experiment intervention, the 360 communication ability questionnaire was used to measure the communication ability and communication ability of the five dimensions.At the same time through the paired sample t test will be online and offline after the intervention and the control group after 8 weeks of measurement results of paired samples t test before and after the intervention of experimental measurement data by SPSS 19.0 statistical software, the final results are as follows:(1) the online intervention group achieved significant and effective level in communication skills, t=-4.71, p<.01(2) after intervention, the communication ability of employees in the intervention group was significantly increased, t=-2.50, p<0.05Through the research results, the following conclusions and implications are given:First, online intervention can improve communication skills.Second, the offline intervention has some effect on the elevated strain energy.
