The Research On Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Credit Risk Management System Of China Construction Bank H Branch

The credit risk management system of small and medium sized enterprises is an important component of the credit business of bank. In the environment development of the market economy, both deepening of the socialist market economic system reform and development, and publishing relevant policies to support the development of small and medium sized enterprises. Banks suffer from huge losses, or even seriously damage to their reputation, which results from the financing difficulties?the increasing of loans bad rate and the credit risk management of small and medium sized enterprises. This phenomenon also brings huge pressure to the development of banks. Therefore, it has become a serious problem in bank area, which includes how to build small and medium sized enterprises credit risk management system, reduce economic loss, and reduce the reputation risk.This paper is mainly researching the small and medium sized enterprises credit risk management of CCB H branch, analyzing small and medium sized enterprises credit risk, and rebuilding small and medium sized enterprises credit risk management system of CCB H branch. Firstly, credit risk management in small and medium sized enterprises of CCB H branch has been studied, especially the development situation of small and medium sized enterprises credits business and the instruction situation of original small and medium sized enterprises credit risk management. Secondly, it has been showed the problems of small and medium sized enterprises credit risk management of the CCB H branch, and the source of the problems of the original system. Thirdly, in the case of researching and analyzing of risk and risk management status of small and medium sized enterprises credit CCB H branch,combined with advanced credit risk management approach for small and medium sized enterprises, this paper has built a new small and medium sized enterprises credit risk management system. And specific measures of small and medium sized enterprises credit risk management system is proposed to protect the system running efficiently,thereby it could reduce the credit risk arising small and medium sized enterprises.
