Research On The Development Of Investment Business Of Heilongjiang Chenergy Group

State-owned investment holding company emerges against the background of our country's reform of investment and financing system. Government entrusts national assets to the state-owned investment company through principal-agent system. Acting as a representative of state-owned property rights, the company operates the national assets according to market principles in order to achieve maintenance and appreciation of assets.After many years of development,the state-owned investment holding company has played a crucial role in solving the bottleneck of economic development; guiding social investment and promoting economic development.By using case analysis, this paper studies the investment business of Heilongjiang Chenergy Group, the biggest state-owned investment company in Heilongjiang Province. In the first part, Chenergy Group's basic situation, strategic positioning, development goals, the development of four major business segments and financial situation are introduced in this paper; followed by some thoughts on how to adjust business contents, optimize business structure in order to achieve better and faster development.In the case study part, through relevant theories of business management, first the external environment of Chenergy Group is analyzed and the macroeconomic environment,development tendency of its major investment fields is specified. Followed by a further analysis of Chenergy Group's internal conditions, including financial situation, management mode, and company culture, etc.; the internal advantages and disadvantages are made clear.Based on the above-mentioned, the analysis of development situation of four major business segments is carried out, development goals of the Group's business are proposed and business adjustment plans are made accordingly. Finally, supporting mechanisms of Group's business adjustment plans is put forward.
