Since August 2004 when it is formally setted up,all the business has developed rapidly. The company has been one of the most successful joint-stock banks in Heilongjiang Province in just a few years. As the main development branch in Harbin, The"corporation business" created profits accounted for more than 70% of total income. In recent,banking industry is facing increasingly complex economic environment, of which accelerating process of marketization of interest rates and diminished bank loan sharking difference, encourage banks to transform. So it is imperative to make development strategies.Through studying the "corporation business" of Harbin Branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, the article aims to make development strategies. First, it introduces the business development situation and the current development strategy of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Harbin Branch. Then it analysis the Harbin branch of business development, external environment and problems, including weak customer base, lacking of system in employee training, unclear resource guide and the imperfect organization .
