This dissertation has taken the behavioral risks of the project participants under the stakeholder perspective as the research object. Using theories including engineering project management theory, risk analysis theory, stakeholder theory, social exchange theory, social network and some methods including qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, systematic analysis and interdisciplinary studies, characteristics and the mechanism of behavioral risks of the construction projects and related risks management problem are discussed.First, the concept of project, project relationship, project value, project relationship quality, stakeholders and 20 other concepts of specific stakeholders is defined in this dissertation. Using Statistic tools PASW 18.0 to process the questionnaire data, according to three attributes score evaluation identificating the definitive stakeholders and expectant stakeholders. Through the survey and empirical analysis, it is concluded that the main content about project stakeholder interactive relationship and the related important sorting. The behavioral risk of participants in construction project means the possibility of loss to the project because of participants'behaviors. Currently risk management has been commonly applied across the construction sector; however it very rarely includes the effects of behavioral factors. But often behavior of participants is major reason for project risks. Meanwhile, a project's success or failure is strongly influenced by how well it meets stakeholders'expectations and their perceptions of its value. The paper analysis how construction practitioners perceive risk management and in particular behavioral risks factors from project stakeholders perspectives.Secondly, starting with analyzing general risk characteristics of project risks, from the perspective of stakeholders analyse the behavioral risks of project participants the owner, contractor and supervision party, and its related behavior causes. In order to further analyzing the the behavioral risk, the author use the theory of social network analysis and complexity theory respectively to analysis the formatting mechanism and movement process of the behavioral risks.Again, from the analysis of the phenomenon of the adverse selection and moral hazard, the paper brings out the market access supervision model and the construction phase monitoring model and their relating strategic choice. Based on the project subject rational man hypothesis, the principal-agent relationgship between the project owners and supervision engineer is analyzed by applying"the principal-agent theory" in the game theory. The paper embedds the concept of"equity preference"to modify the above model furtherly.Using the actual cases to analyze qualitativeyly the influence of behavioral risks on the project, the author employs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach to the assessment of projects and gives an exsample for behavioral risks analysis. Finally, separately from the contract risk management, competitive risk management, organization and risk management, and cultural risk management aspects of the project risk management response strategies are discussed. Analysing the project risk management organization, respectively from the structure design, system and organizational management innovation, risk management organization based on the SNA and on CAS theory of project management and so on to put forward countermeasures of reducing the risk of organization risk management.
