Research On Financial Internal Control Of H Automobile 4S Shop

The rapid development of the national economy makes the people’s living standards continue to improve, as car consumers gradually increased, the rapid development of the automotive industry, and bring considerable profits to the dealer at the same time, because of its rapid development, making its internal control there is a large Loopholes,which has brought a greater risk to the operation. This paper would introduce the research background and significance first, as well as the research ideas and methods. Secondly, it introduces the theory of financial internal control, and then takes the internal control of the automobile 4S shop as the case, from cash, inventory, accounts receivable,expense and internal audit. Several aspects, analysis of the current car 4S shop facing the financial internal control issues, and put forward the corresponding solution, which China’s auto 4S shop development has some reference.
