Study On Optimization Of International Logistics System Of Iron Ore In Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan is rich in natural resources,especially mineral resources.These mineral resources and their export is China's most important economic pillar.Mining of those mineral resources are mainly exported to Russia and other neighboring countries of China.Iron ore reserves of Kazakhstan has been proven for 91 tons,which ranks sixth in the world.China's domestic geologists predicted their prospective reserves are of 150 tons,and their mineral quality is high.The export of visible Kazakhstan iron ore has great potential for development.Kazakhstan ore depends on international logistics,and Kazakhstan's current logistics system has a lot of deficiencies,which restricts the further development of Kazakhstan iron ore exports.The author makes full use of as a student from Kazakhstan's,actively looking for a collection of Kazakhstan iron ore and logistics related information and data to study in China,this study started from the following aspects:First,this paper summarizes the existing literature at home and abroad,and results of Kazakhstan scholar's research are also summarized,and made a special summary based on business triage theory,third party logistics theory,logistics industry theory and supply chain theory,which determines the research direction of this paper.Second,the basic situation of Kazakhstan is introduced,focusing on analysis of the Kazakhstan iron ore reserves,ore veins distribution,mining and other aspects of the situation.The current situation of Kazakhstan iron ore export is analyzed,and it is found that in recent years export quantity of Kazakhstan's iron ore exports has been declined.This result deduced that the export of Kazakhstan's iron ores is affected by the development of logistics system,which leads to the research of logistics system.Then,the current export system of Kazakhstan logistics is analyzed,found that the domestic logistics system of Kazakhstan adopts the two modes of transportation,which are road transportation and railway transportation,while the international logistics of iron ore trade export is accomplished by land transit and sea transport.After analyzing the logistics system of Kazakhstan,it is found that there are a series of problems such as excessive use of transportation tools,backward infrastructure,poor logistics information service,lack of professional logistics warehousing and professional third-party logistics enterprises.Finally,the following suggestions are proposed to optimize the existing logistics system of Kazakhstan:first,improve the three aspects of logistics infrastructure,which includes construction of public transport hub,modern logistics centers and,Renovation along with renewal of transportation.Second,improve the logistics support services,including the six aspects of logistics which are:strengthening the integration of existing resources,improve the institutional environment,improve Logistics information Service,pay attention to technology management innovation,accelerate the training of logistics personnel,optimize the international logistics.Third,improve the two main aspects of strengthening international cooperation,and those aspects are:improvement of management coordination,strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the world's advanced logistics enterprises.
