In recent years,the number of Listed Companies in our country has been increasing,and it has achieved good results in corporate governance and financial quality,which has become an important part of the national economy.On the current actual situation,the financial situation of many listed companies is good,in an ideal sustainable growth state.However,in the process of the development of listed companies,it also presents some problems and deficiencies,which have a certain adverse effect on the sustainable growth of the company.Among them,the dividend policy and management pay is a more prominent issue.To the majority of listed companies,the dividend policy is not only closely related to the vital interests of investors,it will also have an important impact on the sustainable growth and long-term development of the company.In the salary system,the management of the listed company,which is closely related to the company's sustainable growth.Reasonable management pay system should pay attention to the immediate interests of the company's development process,and comprehensive consideration of the long-term development of the company.Blind to improve the management of the salary management easily lead to self-interest,will also greatly reduced the incentive compensation effect.In addition,it is not conducive to the sustainable growth and long-term development of the company.And on the current,many listed companies are lack of a sound dividend policy and management pay system.Led to the emergence of a variety of problems,serious impact on the company's sustainable growth and long-term development,has become an important issue of concern.Therefore,facing the increasingly fierce market competition,for listed companies,in order to achieve their own sustainable growth and long-term development,it need to improve the degree of attention in many aspects of its dividend policy and salary system etc..Through the development of a reasonable dividend policy,improve the management pay system,to be effective allocation of all kinds of resources.Based on this background,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the problem.In the course of the study,according to the thought of "putting forward the problem,analyzing the problem,solving the problem",this paper launches the thorough and normative analysis.This paper attempts to analyze the relationship between dividend policy,management pay and sustainable growth of the company.By adding equity incentive variables,combined with China's national conditionsand practical,more practical value.Study on the relationship between dividend policy,management compensation and sustainable development of the listed companies,so as to better grasp them closely,and to provide reference for the formulation of the strategy of sustainable development of listed companies.Finally,according to the research results of the thesis and conclusion,puts forward some opinions and suggestions,guide the majority of listed companies improve their dividend policy,and construct a scientific system of management compensation,in order to better serve the sustainable growth of the company escort.
