This thesis is trying to find the internal relationship between Dividend Policy and Financial Sustainable Growth under the background of Growth Enterprises Market being launched, taking Dividend Policy as point of penetration. Dividend Policy, an important activity of financial management and Financial Sustainable Growth, an important demand of financial management, both have been paid so much attention to by scholars and practitioners. What this thesis discussed is just the internal relationship between Dividend Policy and Financial Sustainable Growth taking SMEs Board as research platform.Based on this thought, writer has chosen the sample consists of the relevant data from typical listed companies in SMEs Board stock exchange in 2009. The thesis uses the model of Financial Sustainable Growth which imported annual and size virtual variations. And the thesis tests the influence to Dividend Policy. At the same time, it tests the influence to the Financial Sustainable Growth, and the interconnect of Dividend Policy and the Financial Sustainable Growth. In this thesis, the results show that there is positive correlation between Dividend Policy and Financial Sustainable Growth.This thesis is a useful complement to the empirical study of correlation between Dividend Policy and the Financial Sustainable Growth. The findings that we get can be a guide to the practical work. The relationship revealed also could be conducive to SME companies to change the concept of financing management, establish scientific financial management strategies, improve the standard of financial management, perfect the property management system.In this thesis, the structure is divided into five parts, which for the first part is the introduction consisting the writing background, motivation, writing purpose the method and thread, as well as the main innovation for this thesis. The second part is mainly about the literature review and basic theory of the writings. The third part is the empirical test part of the thesis. In this part of the first scholars it tells us about on the conservatism of the testing of the model design and statistical measurement. This thesis introduced after empirical testing for the design, including the choice of model, the assumptions made and the choice of samples; next related to the assumption that the thesis tests, and ultimately arrives at the conclusion of the study. Part IV is the analysis why conservatism is not significant in our country, mainly from the not sound of the capital markets, then related policy recommendations. Part V of this thesis is the concluding remarks, pointing out the significance.
