The Quality Management System Improvement Of Company A

Following with the development of global economic,modern enterprises are facing more and obvious pressure,in terms of quality,cost or brand.How to get an invincible position in such a grim marketing situation,Many companies focused on the construction of quality management system.The quality management system is a necessary and systematic quality management mode to realize the quality goal.It is a strategic decision of the organization,which is very important to the effective development of the enterprise.This paper takes company A as the research subject to do the study of the quality management system.The main researches are quality objectives and principles,distribution of responsibilities,document management and process management,etc.First,the author studied the basic theory of the quality management system and current domestic and foreign research results,summarized the basic standard and theoretical basis;Then through the analysis of existing quality management system of company A,found out the existing issues;Then combined with the basic standard of the quality management system and put forward the improvement scheme;Finally raised specific measures for implementation and improvement,has strong research significance and feasibility.Through the research,the author summarized the current enterprise quality management system,and listed out the common problems,and brought out the countermeasures,it has a strong reference value for the practical application in the enterprise.In addition,the author also pointed out that the future of the quality management system research direction and focus,with a certain guiding significance.
