The Study On Development Strategies Of International Business Of C Bank Yiwu Branch

Under the background of the global integration,the space of the international settlement business is bigger and bigger.The major banks include joint-stock commercial banks,city commercial banks,foreign banks,rural credit cooperatives and other financial institutions are constantly developing the international market,combined with their own business characteristics of innovative international settlement business development model,to create a unique brand.since.2003,C bank Yiwu branch start of international business,international settlement business has been leading the international settlement in the local market,as a national joint-stock commercial bank,which is full of opportunities and challenges in the market environment,how to play in their fierce market competition environment,to play their own advantages,seize the opportunity to meet the challenges to ensure that the international settlement business toward a rapid,healthy and stable direction is the urgent need to solve the problem.In this dissertation,the research object of the Bank of Yiwu branch,the first use of the theoretical analysis of the relevant strategic theory,international business theory and related analysis tools are analyzed and summarized.Secondly,using the five forces model and PEST analysis tool to analyze the C bank Yiwu branch of the internal and external environment,it provides macro and micro theoretical basis for the development strategy of C bank Yiwu branch.At the same time using the SWOT quantitative decision model and facing the Yiwu branch of C bank using the SWOT matrix to the opportunities and challenges,its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed quantitatively,so that the two types of strategy for the development of international settlement business in Yiwu branch of the C bank.Finally,according to the choice of strategic types and their own business development status,put forward to protect the effective implementation of the development strategy of the eight measures.It is hoped that the research of this paper will make the Yiwu branch of C Bank find a suitable path for its own development in the future international settlement,continue to innovate and expand its advantages and keep the leading position in the same industry.
