From the 1980s onwards,property management gradually to be professional,market-oriented,and enterprise.Property management,as an important part of urban management,plays an important role in maintaining city security,protecting the urban environment and building a harmonious life.With the promulgation of the national new birth policy,property management companies as a real estate development of supporting services,will face new opportunities and challenges.With the consumer demand for the service itself and the quality requirements are getting higher and higher,property management companies must break through the original management thinking,improve their management and service levels and develop long-term development strategy plan so that they can compete in the brutal market To maintain their own dominant position.So the study of property management company's development strategy has become particularly important.Based on the actual development of Shijiazhuang LSJY Property Company,this paper analyzes the living environment and development direction of the company through the theories and methods related to strategic management such as PEST analysis,Porter five force model analysis,SWOT analysis and KSF analysis in order to find the problems in the company's development strategy,and put forward feasible recommendations on the relevant issues to ensure that the company can maintain a strong competitive edge for its future strategic layout and decision-making help.Through the study concluded:Shijiazhuang LSJY property management company's strategic positioning is to create itself as an independent community service operators.Specific need to do the followings:1,to improve the company's property management services and create a good brand image 2,to establish a scientific and effective performance appraisal system and implement incentive policies;3,to train professional talents and format learning teams,in order to provide the company's future strategic development with a strong help;4,to improve the level of financial management,so that the company has sufficient funds to complete the strategic plan.
