Vigorously development of renewable energy is the key to achieving energy supply security and relieving ecological pressure.Although China's renewable energy power is booming at this stage,with the evolution of electricity market and the introduction of competition,the game between stakeholders becomes the key factor affecting the development of renewable energy.Therefore,under the background of electricity market reform,it is an important subject to study incentive mechanisms to promote the development of renewable energy based on the stakeholders' game.This paper starts from the dispatching mechanism and the supporting incentive mechanism.Through the literature analysis and data collection,this paper has studied the practical experience of the renewable energy development and incentive mechanisms at home and abroad.The study found that incentive mechanism for renewable energy is the key factor to ensure renewable energy development in the world.However,different countries adopt different incentive mechanisms,and the same incentive mechanism will have different policy effects.Secondly,with example of wind power,this paper uses the data of the Beijing-TianjinTangshan grid to simulate the incentive mechanisms of renewable energy to analyze.The scheduling and incentive mechanism is analyzed emphatically.The operation optimization method and the game theory are used to build the model,and the vertical integration scheduling mechanism and the bidding scheduling mechanism are simulated respectively.In the vertical integration mode,it is divided into three scheduling targets: the minimum economic cost scheduling,renewable energy priority scheduling and the best energy efficiency scheduling.Under the bid-scheduling mechanism,this paper simulates the situation of different bidding methods by Cournot model and SFE model respectively,and obtains the Nash equilibrium state of electricity system.Thirdly,the influence of carbon tax mechanism and price subsidy mechanism on the development of renewable energy is simulated and analyzed.The influence of different incentive mechanisms on the proportion of renewable energy generation and social welfare is analyzed.By comparing the impact of different scheduling mechanisms on renewable energy generation,this paper concludes that the scheduling incentive mechanism can change the renewable energy generation essentially,and the bidding scheduling mechanism can not only increase to the generation of renewable energy,but also decrease the market clearing price and improve the social welfare.However biding scheduling mechanism make renewable energy with high cost can only passively accept the market price,so that it is difficult to guarantee profitability.This paper argues that the implementation of the bidding scheduling mechanism should be combined with further supporting incentive mechanisms to protect the profitability of renewable energy enterprises.The results shows that the effect of price subsidy mechanism is stronger than carbon tax mechanism,but the deadweight loss of carbon tax mechanism is smaller.There is no perfect incentive mechanism that takes into account all aspects of the policy effects and welfare,and the implementation of different incentive mechanisms can complement each other.
