Research On The Pelicy Tools Of China’s New Energy Policy

In today’s society,environmental issues have become the focus of global attention;the development of new energy has become an important way for sustainable development of all countries.But the policy system is relatively complex;it will limit the development of new energy if the study is unilateral.Therefore,in the perspective of policy tools,we need to establish a sound policy tool system to promote the modernization of new energy management capabilities.In this study,"how to innovate Chinese new energy policy based on the perspective of policy recommendations" is the main line and make a systematic analysis of China’s new energy policy tools.First of all,based on the mandatory dimensions,the writer classify China’s new energy policy tool and analysis the result in the two aspects of the status and the theory.So we can point out problems.Secondly,the writer sums up the excellent experience of the United States,Germany and Japan to put forward instructive suggestions for the development of new energy in China;finally,based on the domestic and the foreign research,the writer put forward on perfecting the policy tools of China’s new energy.The article concludes that the development of policy tolls must be in accordance with the conditions of our country,based on the background of China’s deepening reform,and effort to form a modern new energy policy system.Therefore,to promote the development of China’s new energy policy tolls need to be adjusted the development of societ y,and learn from foreign experience.
