Study On Financial Process Intelligent Management System Of Yaxin Company

Along with the continuous improvement of enterprise informatization management,enterprises have to strengthen internal management’s breadth and depth,in order to adapt to the increasingly competitive environment of the market economy.The financial sector,as a collection management department of the value chains in the process of enterprise management,need to enrich the methods of financial management mode,enhance the intelligent information management level,promote financial work changing from transaction processing to value management so as to better analyze and solve the problems in the enterprises’ operation and management.In recent years,with the development of the financial information system of Yaxin Engineering Electronics Company,the financial process and the front-end business are more closely integrated,However,the financial process management of Yaxin Company still exists many problems: the existing financial process management informatization level is inadequate,the structure of information system is inconsistent and the data generated by decentralized financial flow are different in rule.In order to meet the current requirements of the enterprise’s management of financial processes and solve the problems in the financial management process effectively.In this paper,the financial process intelligent management system,which was designed by studying and analyzing current situation of financial process control at home and abroad and the theory of classic process control,contains the closed-loop management of financial process lifecycle,financial process intelligent navigation and real-time risk prevention and control.At the same time,the author tested the designed functions of the system to check its ability of enhancing the financial process management level.The financial information management system that was designed and tested in the thesis can help solve the existing problems in the enterprise’s financial process management,improve the quality and efficiency of financial work fundamentally,drive a double upgrade of management efficiency and economic efficiency,and provide a reference for similar companies.
