Research On The Impact Of Financial Development On Urbanization In Anhui Province

The speed of Anhui urbanization construction pace is in the acceleration phase.In 2014,is listed as new national urbanization comprehensive pilot province in Anhui province.In2015,Anhui overall current urbanization rate of 50.5%,for the first time,more than half people became city dwellers.The development of the speed and scale became more and more famous throughout the country.The urbanization construction cannot leave the financial support.With the development of urbanization speeds become more and more fast,financial development has become an important factor.Based on this point,the paper does lots of study.The paper has main of two parts to study how financial development impact on urbanization.Firstly,it is part of theoretical basis.In this part,first it illustrates the research background and significance of the article about financial development and urbanization.And then introduces some typical theories.Thirdly it through three aspects to introduce the mechanisms of action.Such as population urbanization industrial urbanization urban infrastructure and completes the theory foreshadowing.Before the empirical,the paper has introduced the developing situation of financial development and narrated the development actuality of urbanization in Anhui provinces.In the part of empirical,the paper on the basis of a time series of initial data to research on the impact of financial development on urbanization in Anhui province from 2000 to 2014.There are two targets of Anhui financial development and three targets of Anhui urbanization construction.They are urbanization rate(C1),capital investment ratio(C2),industrial urbanization rate(C3)and Financial Interrelation Ratio(F1),financial efficiency(F2).By using the method of ADF test Johansen co-integration test Granger causality tests impulse response and variance decomposition to research on the impact of financial development on urbanization in Anhui province.At the end of this paper,there are some policy suggestions to stimulate financial institutions on the urbanization construction,financial subject to subjective initiative.Strengthen financial regulation,in vigorously promoting the development of the financial control financial risks and eventually break through the bottleneck of the construction of the Anhui urbanization,raise the level of urbanization construction,forming a typical experience,similar to the provinces,the whole country.
