With the advent of the era of knowledge economy and the continuous progress of science and technology,enterprise resources are no longer confined to human,material and financial resources.Knowledge and technology becom e important resources for enterprise production development.Knowledge and technology as business resources at the same time,the two are also linked with each other.Technology,management and other knowledge is an indispensable key element of enterprise technological innovation,which enhances the technological innovation capability of enterprises and promotes the success of technological innovation.Knowledge sharing that is the key link of knowledge depends on knowledge exchange and communication in different subjects,to achieve the growth and renewal of the knowledge,to ensure the demand for knowledge quantity and quality of technological innovation.Agricultural seed enterprisesis an important type of enterprise in agricultural enterprises,that's main business are the research and development,promotion an d listing of agricultural seeds.Agricultural seed enterprises have an important demand for technological innovation.However,at present,the level of technological innovation of agricultural seed enterprises in China is limited,the effect of technological innovation is not good,and the technological innovation ability of agricultural seed enterprises is not strong.In order to change the status quo and to enhance the technical ability of agricultural seed enterprises,this paper chooses agricultural seed enterprises as the research object.It analyzes the current situation and existing problems of technological innovation ability and knowledge sharing of agricultural seed ente rprises from the perspective of knowledge sharing.Through the analysis of the causes of knowledge sharing and technological innovation in agricultural seed enterprises and the knowledge sharing's influence on technological innovation ability.Finally build a knowledge sharing model which aims at improving agricultural seed enterprise's technology innovation ability.
